Paid 420k Yen (approx. 4600 USD) to Myanmar Embassy for the so-called tax, to extend the passort.

Detail: 10k Yen per month for 3 year and few months => 420k Yen

420 000 Japanese yen = 4 679.22 U.S. dollars

I asked Chinese, Indians, Phillipinos, even Bangladesh, they don't have such things.

It's called double taxation. According to double taxation agreement, ppl only have to pay the government which they are currently working for. There was a case of anti-double taxation by mm ppl in Sg a few years back. Nothing happened.

Read up what they put on that form bro. They make it to sounds like we, citizens, are requesting them to let us pay the tax. It does not sounds like they are demanding. How smartly made that shit is xD
