Here is Source File for FontForge Zawgyi-One.sfd, and
Feature File Zawgyi-One.fea which includes rules for GSUB and GPOS.

Font supposed to works for Windows and Linux,
but MacOSX is not supported now, because Mac OSX need to write different opentype tables
and font file must be generate from OSX Version of Fontforge. If someone could help, that will be great.
It could be GPL or OFL compatible or dual license.
# Myanmar Glyphs license should be okay according to Ko Ye Myat Thu,
# but if there is something left, LionSlayer may help to make it to Full Open-Sourced.

Zawgyi 2009 is backward compatible with Zawgyi 2008, and
Zawgyi 2010 will be backward compatible with Zawgyi 2009
2010 Version of Zawgyi will support Dialects just like Unicode 5.x.

I like the idea of zg2009/2010 because it establishes a trail from old (non-minority-compliant) encodings like zg2008 to a compliant one (zg2010). Currently, we use your encoding in ornagai-mobile (http://ornagai-mobile.googlecode.com/).
Just be careful about Zawgyi-2012. :D

i think to hook keyboard, admin access will need it.
you can try, by extracting installer into your desktop, and run keymaster.exe though.
I am not so sure, it will work or not.

what is your zawgyi font version then?
I am doing only Zawgyi 2009, I only have Keyboard program for it. If you are using Zawgyi 2008 or 2007, I am not able to help, because I am not author.

Zawgyi 2009 does not have Russia characters, so Notepad, Windows Filenames and Gtalk may not work.
because other fonts like Myanmar3, Padauk, Parabaik, and dont have too.
Zawgyi 2008 have it but font file size is over 300k, I think its too big so I am no putting any characters, except english and burmese, and few symbols.

its only works in window xp sp2, vista, windows 7
