Wow, Thanks a lot bro, many people asking about that actually. The reason was to built dictionary from csv file, needed file write access, that can only done by system administrator.

က်ေနာ္ကသံုးေနတဲ့ version ကို update လုပ္လိုက္တာ ဒီ error ျပပါတယ္. ဖြင့္လို႕မရေတာ့ပါဘူး..

I don't see that error before, so I am afraid I have no idea how to troubleshoot that at the moment.
But what is your windows version?
and could you try to run as administrator.

Thats strange,
The error saying that
VC90 Run time file for x86 not found.
Installer already have msvcr90.dll inside and its supposed to install under same directory with wxPyDict.exe
but its saying x86, so your CPU could be x64, and could be conflicting with x64 vc90 library.
I am afraid I don't have vista x86 / x64 at the moment, so currently no idea how to fix that.
