http://en.my-mm.org/lookup.htm is going offline, and will be available with Zawgyi 2009 only.
There is link http://myanmarnlp.org.mm about my dictionary, but I have no affiliation with MyanmarNLP.

this one is quite similar with ornagai dict, and you download their source at https://github.com/saturngod/ornagai-V2/downloads
ဟုတ္ကဲက်ြန္ Database ကုိရခဲ့့့ျပီ ဘယ္လုိလုပ္ျပီး Website ထဲမွာထဲ့မွာလဲ ရွင္းျပပါအုံး အကုိေရး...က်ြန္ေတာ္အရမ္းသိခ်င္လုိပါ..........

I guess ornagai source code is there at https://github.com/saturngod/ornagai-V2, you need to install into web servers. I think you need to ask him (I mean ornagai author) instead of me for how to install that.
